Manual App Setup

Log in to Facebook for Developers (developers.facebook.com) with the account that manages your Page.

Create a new app and choose the Business app type.

Add the products: Facebook Login for Business and Webhooks.

In Webhooks, subscribe to the Page object and paste your Callback URL and Verify Token from the Channels page in your dashboard.

Under App Review → Permissions, request the permissions listed in section 3.

Graph API Explorer

Open the Graph API Explorer at developers.facebook.com/tools/explorer.

Select your Meta App from the application dropdown.

Choose the required permissions from the Permissions panel.

Switch the token type to Page Access Token and pick your Page.

Click Generate Access Token, then paste it into Channels → Manual Connection.

Comment Auto-Reply
Required permissions: pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, pages_messaging.
Public reply: the AI posts a short public answer under the comment.
Private DM: the AI also sends the full price, stock and order details in Messenger.
Dashboard setup: go to AI Agent → rules, enable comment automation, then choose reply mode per page in Channels.
